I think this would really suit someone who prefers getting straight into working with helpful assistance available when needed. It might not be ideal for people who want everything explained in detail without any initial effort, as the training modules were concise but expect you to explore some features independently. Overall, the combination of prompt phone support and effective onboarding made the whole experience efficient for me, and I would recommend this setup to those comfortable with a quick learning pace and some self-navigation.
