Quick start but the dialer took a bit to get used to

Hey, just wanted to share how my onboarding went with WFHI’s training. It was actually pretty smooth getting started – I think from sign-up to having my dashboard ready took like two days max. The initial training videos were clear enough and the walkthroughs were on point, especially for the software setup and getting the calling tools going. But, gotta say, the dialer feature was a bit tricky. It took me a few sessions just to find my flow with its quirks. Like, the automatic updates sometimes reset a few preferences, which was a minor irritation. Still, overall, I was able to get running quickly and had the support helpline at hand when a couple of things didn’t click right away. Invoicing and payment were straightforward – no hassles there. I’m still dialing in exactly how to organize the database to my workflow, but it’s manageable. So yeah, if you’re looking for a generally quick onboarding with solid training materials, WFHI definitely makes the ramp-up easy enough. Just be patient with the dialer at first and you’ll be good! Would recommend this to anyone wanting a stable start with remote workflow tools.
