The payment process started quickly, and I was able to sign up without major delays, which I appreciated a lot. One moment that stood out was when the invoice arrived promptly after payment — that was satisfying. However, I found that the follow-up on how to fully use the software was a bit vague; I had to rely on the training sessions to figure out some crucial features like the dialer and database management. It would have helped to get clearer guidance through the entire onboarding. Nonetheless, overall, starting went smooth but I felt something was missing in detailed instructions afterward.
