Quick response on the wait time but some repeated confirmations
Initially, the sign-up process seemed smooth and the online interface was pretty straightforward, which I appreciated. However, there was one point during the onboarding call where I had to repeat some details multiple times because of connectivity pauses or delays in the system, which felt a bit tedious. Beyond that moment, the rest of the software setup and training proceeded without much waiting or repetition, which helped keep my momentum going as I tried to get things running. The dialer feature connected well during calls, and I was pleased that the system handled automatic updates in the background without interrupting my workflow. Still, I think trimming down the moments that require duplicated confirmations or repeated inputs could improve the overall experience. Overall, the balance between efficiency and occasional hiccups left me mostly satisfied, just with a little reservation about those specific repeated steps.
