Jo sabse achha laga, wo tha ki jab main callback maanga, to wo fairly quickly mil gaya, like within a reasonable time frame which was cool. Lekin starting mein jab main pehli baar messaging ke through unse contact kar raha tha, toh response kabhi kabhi thoda slow lagta tha, jisse thoda impatient feel hua. Baaki log friendly the aur queries ko samajhne ki koshish kar rahe the, par kabhi understanding thodi delay pakdi. Overall, mujhe lagta hai ki sales log prompt hote toh aur badiya hota, but quick callbacks ne help kiya pura process ko thoda smooth banane mein. Chal raha hai phir bhi, next time thoda aur tezi chahiye hoga for sure.
