Quick onboarding, database feature especially helpful
I really enjoyed how quickly the onboarding process got me up to speed with the software; it didn’t feel like a long drag, which was good. The particular thing that stood out was how smoothly the database feature integrated into my workflow. That part definitely saved some time and made calls more efficient from day one. Although there were minor details in training I wished were clearer, the overall speed to get going was impressive. I think others who want a straightforward start will find this part of the setup refreshing and easy to handle.
