Quick help mostly, but occasional waiting too
The telephonic support was mostly quick and efficient with very little repetition needed on my part. Whenever I had an issue, the call connected swiftly and the agent understood my problem from the start, which saved a lot of time. However, on a couple of occasions, I did experience a short waiting period while they checked details or transferred me. Even then, the wait was not frustrating because they kept me informed and didn’t leave me hanging silently. The balance between fast service and the times a little delay happened was generally acceptable. I appreciated the clarity in communication and the fact that I didn’t have to explain myself multiple times helped keep frustration low. So while there was some waiting involved sometimes, it was balanced out by the overall responsiveness and helpfulness of the team. I would say the telephonic support is reliable, though not perfect in terms of instant answers every single time.
