Quick and simple sign-up process
The sign-up procedure was straightforward, which I appreciated as it minimized the waiting time. I didn’t experience much repetition of steps or unnecessary delays during onboarding. The training covered the essential functionalities well enough that I could start using the dialer and database features without much hassle. Telephonic support was available and helpful whenever I needed a quick question answered, especially during the early days of using the software. Automatic updates didn’t interrupt my workflow either. It was a smooth experience overall, except I did wish for a bit more guidance on the invoicing process upfront so I wouldn’t have to figure it out by myself later.
