Quick and mostly direct process, no waiting games
The sales and pre-purchase communication involved almost no unnecessary repetition or awkward waiting periods. I was able to get clear information about what the software and training include without having to ask the same questions multiple times. Sign-up and invoicing went smoothly and without delay. The dialer and database functionality demonstrations were straightforward and did not drag on. There was a brief moment where the auto-update description was repeated, but it was a minor issue. Overall, the whole interaction felt to the point and efficient, putting me in a good position to start using the product without confusion or extended back-and-forth discussions. I found the clarity and speed of the process satisfactory and would recommend it to others looking for a straightforward onboarding experience.
