Quick access with a frustrating feature
Finding the training materials within the WFHI software was quite easy, as everything was logically organized. I appreciated that major sections were labeled clearly, making navigation swift during my onboarding process. However, I did find the search functionality somewhat lacking. When I needed specific content quickly, it wasn’t as responsive or comprehensive as I’d hoped. So while the initial user flow was efficient, the hiccups with searching left me feeling a bit hindered. I think improving that feature would really enhance the overall user experience and make finding resources smoother in future use.
