Purchase completed with a few hesitations
I found the initial sales process with WFHI to be quite thorough, but there were moments where the wording and labels used in the software felt a bit convoluted. The terms and menu descriptions sometimes didn’t align intuitively with standard remote workflow terminologies I’m used to. Although the overall navigation was manageable, I did spend an extra few minutes double-checking certain options to ensure they matched what I intended to set up. This did not derail the purchase process, which was straightforward once I was absolutely certain of the product's fit. Invoicing and payments were clean and transparent, making the final onboarding feel efficient. Despite the slight hesitation due to unclear labels, I can confidently say the outcome was positive since I’m now able to utilize the main features effectively. Perhaps a little more clarity in the preliminary explanations or demo materials would reduce those small doubts buyers might have.
