Pura experience thoda ajeeb tha, but itna bura bhi nahi
Mujhe laga tha ki training aur onboarding bahut smoothly hogi aur main easily samajh jaungi sab. Lekin reality me kuch cheezein match nahi karti thi mere expectations ke saath. Training sessions kaafi helpful thay aur information achhi thi, par kabhi kabhi mujhe laga ki instructions thodi repetitive hain, ya main already jaan chuki thi wo part. Onboarding me thoda waiting bhi hua kabhi kabhi jab support team busy thi, jo thoda frustrating tha. Lekin ye cheezein mujhe serious problem nahi lagti because overall system aur software ka workflow achha hai. Agar main dost ko bataungi, toh main kahungi ki thoda patience rakhna padega, thoda time investment bhi karna hoga, par yogdaan ya training me kuch naya seekhne ko milega. So, jo expect kiya tha, usse match to partially kiya, par abhi bhi ye ek balance experience raha mere liye jiske pros aur cons dono hain.
