pros and cons side by side: mostly had to figure it out myself

Honestly, this software didn’t come with much in the way of hand-holding. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to access the features that were supposed to help me manage workflows remotely. The initial setup felt confusing and not very intuitive, so it was frustrating jumping around menus without much guidance. On the plus side, once I finally understood how to use the dialer and calling tools, they worked okay most of the time. The database feature was less helpful because it wasn’t immediately clear how to organize the data as I needed. Even the automatic updates seemed to happen without enough notice, so I had to learn what changed on my own again. Telephonic support was available, but mostly they just pointed me towards general help pages instead of walking me through the issues. Payment and invoicing went fine, the system was transparent there at least. In short, the software can be useful, but I didn’t get the onboarding or training that made things simple; most of it I had to work out on my own, which I found disappointing when I needed quick results. The whole experience felt more like a self-service platform than a guided tool.
