Pros and cons of the WFHI process before buying

I found the pre-purchase phase with WFHI fairly transparent. The sales team explained the software features and training offerings quite clearly, which helped me understand how it could align with my remote work needs. They provided detailed documentation and showed me the demo effectively, so I was fairly well-informed. However, I did feel that some of the finer details about ongoing support and update frequency were only vaguely touched upon until later in the sign-up process. While the main functionalities were well covered, I expected a bit more clarity about what exactly the priority assistance involved and how telephonic support would be accessed. Nonetheless, signing up and setting up the invoicing was straightforward and professional, which gave me confidence in their system. Overall, it balanced out well — I appreciated the honesty but would have liked just a little more upfront detailed explanation on a few points. This little uncertainty was minor though, and it hasn’t impacted my use since then.
