Pros and cons of the sales experience
The sales process had its positives and negatives. On the one hand, I found that signing up and receiving the invoice was straightforward and timely. This part of the experience went without any apparent issues and gave me confidence to proceed. However, when things started to go wrong, the handling was not as effective. When I encountered issues with understanding the features during the pre-purchase info sessions, the explanations were minimal and left me uncertain about whether the software met my needs. Additional questions I had about calling tools and dialer functionality often went unanswered or were deferred indefinitely. The onboarding process did not include enough detailed training upfront to help mitigate doubts early. Also, the communication during this stage felt disjointed, which added to my confusion. While the support team eventually responded through telephonic assistance, the delays were not ideal. On the other side, I will say the database integration features were well presented once I managed to get some training. This was the one bright spot in an otherwise mixed sales experience. Ultimately, the basic steps like payment and invoicing worked well, but deeper support during sales and pre-purchase could be improved significantly.
