Pros and Cons of the Billing Setup

At first, I appreciated that the initial payment process was straightforward; the sign-up and invoicing were done quickly, which felt efficient. However, I found the recurring billing setup very confusing. It wasn’t clear how much of the payments were one-off charges versus ongoing fees, and this created frustration as I wasn’t prepared for the automatic billing to happen every month. The software itself functions well, but the invoices don’t clarify the breakdown adequately. I had to call support multiple times to understand the exact charges, but the telephonic support took a while to answer, adding to my impatience. While the automatic updates seemed to work fine, I missed a more transparent guide during onboarding about the payment cycle. It would have helped if they clearly differentiated one-time setup costs from subscription fees. So, while there are positives in how the billing initially appears user-friendly, the ongoing charges made it a less than satisfactory experience overall, especially for someone like me trying to manage budgets carefully.
