Pros and cons of software access timing

When I started using the software, I expected it to fit into the hours I usually work, which are quite flexible. At first, the login and access were smooth, and I could easily start my tasks. However, over days I noticed the software sometimes logged me out unexpectedly during peak hours. This caused disruptions especially when I was in the middle of making calls or updating the dialer. The database feature was adequate, allowing me to save contacts quickly, but the timing issue made me uncertain about working extended hours. On the plus side, automatic updates didn't interrupt my sessions too much and usually processed while I was logged out. Payment and invoicing were straightforward, which I appreciated. But overall, the software’s fit with my actual working schedule was a letdown because the unpredictability of access made it tough to keep a proper workflow going. I guess the software has potential but would need improvements for flexible hour workers like me.
