Pros and Cons in Training and Onboarding
The training process for WFHI software had both its highlights and downsides. On one hand, some modules were well-structured and offered me a clear understanding of the software's core capabilities. I appreciated how intuitive the user interface felt once I got accustomed to it. On the flip side, there were certain areas where I found the onboarding could be improved. For instance, while navigating through the dashboard, I missed some specific instructions that could have saved me time. In comparison to other tools I’ve used previously, this one requires a bit more hands-on exploration to find advanced features. While I’m grateful for the clarity in some training segments, I believe a more formal guide could greatly enhance user experience. Balancing both feedback, it’s clear that improvement areas exist alongside strong fundamentals.
