Process thoda lengthy tha but main fir bhi repeat karungi
Sales aur pre-purchase process kaafi straightforward tha, lekin mujhe thoda sa wait karna pada jab mera account verify ho raha tha. Thodi baar mujhe follow-up karna pada aur kuch information repeat dena padi. Lekin overall, procedure clear tha aur koi unnecessary delay ya confusion nahi tha. Mujhe lagta hai ki isko thoda streamline kar diya jaye to aur bhi smooth ho jayega. Phir bhi, agar mujhe zarurat pade toh main definitely is process ko dobarah se follow karungi kyunki software aur training ki quality achhi lagi mujhe.
