Problematic access ruined the experience for me
I was really hoping the software would be intuitive, but honestly, I had to figure out almost everything on my own. The initial onboarding was confusing and lacked proper guidance, so I spent a lot of time just trying to understand how to access various tools and features. The dialer was especially tricky; there was no clear walkthrough, and I had to experiment with it during calls, which was frustrating. The database feature's use was unclear, and I had to read through multiple documents to get a grasp on it. Automatic updates happened without my knowledge and sometimes introduced changes that I wasn't prepared for. Support was supposed to help, but I mostly ended up searching forums and external sources myself. The sign-up process was smooth, but that was the only part that stood out positively. Overall, I felt like I was left on my own to figure out critical parts of the software, which made using WFHI fairly discouraging.
