Probably wouldn't do the sign-up again due to too much waiting
My experience with the WFHI sales and pre-purchase process was a bit longer and more repetitive than I anticipated. I had to wait through several rounds of calls and emails just to confirm basic details about the software and subscription options. It felt as though the same information was being repeated without much progress, which was a bit tiring over time. The invoicing process was also slow, with delays in getting the correct payment instructions and updates about my account status. Telephonic support was polite but sometimes unclear, requiring me to ask the same questions more than once to get satisfactory answers. Although the automatic updates to the software seemed to function fine and the overall tools appeared useful, the drawn-out communication made me less enthusiastic about the whole experience. Given all this, I don't think I would opt to sign up again through this exact process unless some improvements are made to reduce waiting and repetition. It was a warm interaction generally, but the procedural delays overshadowed that, so I remain hesitant about recommending the process as it stands.
