probably would try onboarding again but with caution
So I started the onboarding training to understand how the workflow setup works. At first things just felt a bit messy, especially when the system hit errors during my first call setup. The training didn't exactly dwell on what to do when things break, so I had to figure out some workarounds myself. Still, the onboarding flow was structured enough to guide me once I got used to it and returned to retry the steps. The calling tools felt okay, but without proper troubleshooting information from the training, I wasn't fully confident handling issues. Looking back, maybe I'd do the training again but I'd definitely be more ready for things to go wrong and take time to solve them because the software isn't fully foolproof. It is okay overall, but the training could prepare users a bit better for unexpected technical glitches and the onboarding flow can be improved for that. So yes, probably another try but cautious this time around.
