Probably won’t use this software again
My impression of the software and access was not very positive. I found the setup process too repetitive, having to re-enter some information multiple times when linking the database to the calling tools. Waiting for automatic updates to install also took longer than I expected, disrupting my workflow more than once. While the features available seemed promising, the slow responses in the dashboard meant I was often idle longer than I liked. Though the support team was polite when I called, I didn’t feel it resolved the delays I experienced. The entire process felt less efficient than I had hoped. Given the amount of waiting and repeated steps, I am not convinced I will continue using this product in the future. It may work better for others, but for my workflow, the inconvenience outweighed the benefits. I appreciate that some parts of the system function as intended, but overall the experience made me cautious about relying on it again.
