Probably won’t go for it again without assistance
I went into the sales and pre-purchase process thinking that I might manage setup mostly on my own with some initial guidance. However, the sign-up and invoicing instructions weren’t as clear as I’d hoped, leading to some early confusion. I found that the training and onboarding materials did not help much in clarifying the important parts, particularly understanding how the calling functionalities integrate with the database. Although the telephonic support existed, I feel I needed it more than once, and that reliance on help makes me uncertain about handling it smoothly next time. The automatic updates sometimes changed parts of the workflow unexpectedly, so every session after updates required relearning and seeking help. So if I consider whether I would use the software again without assistance, I think it’s unlikely since I felt I needed repeated calls to support. The process wasn’t complicated in theory, but for me, it wasn’t something I could confidently navigate on my own. I might recommend it cautiously only for those ready to invest time and effort in learning or accept frequent help steps.
