WFHI review

Probably suited for self-starters, not those needing much help

My experience with the WFHI training and onboarding was mixed in terms of locating needed information. On one hand, the training materials were comprehensive and covered various features of the software, but on the other hand, the organization of content sometimes made it difficult to find specific guidance quickly. For someone who prefers a structured and clear jump-to-the-point approach, it can be somewhat frustrating because you might have to go through a lot of material before locating the exact topic. The database and dialer tools are well integrated but the training on them occasionally felt fragmented, so piecing together the workflows required additional personal effort. I could see how this system benefits users who are comfortable exploring features independently, but those needing straightforward hand-holding might find it less suitable. The sign-up and payment process was simple and the invoicing was clear and received promptly. Automatic updates installed smoothly without interrupting ongoing tasks, which is good. Telephonic support was reachable but sometimes I had to wait for answers to less common questions. Overall, if you like figuring things out and can tolerate some searching, this setup should work well, but if you want everything spelled out from the start, you might look elsewhere.
