Probably not the best fit unless you're comfortable asking for help
Going through the training and onboarding with WFHI’s system has been a bit of a mixed experience for me. The material provided was warm and quite accessible in tone, which I appreciated. However, it often felt like some key points could have been explained in more detail, especially when it came to using the calling tools and navigating the database. Because of this, I found myself needing to reach out to support more than I would have liked. I am someone who is okay with asking for help, so this wasn't a huge issue, but I can see how it might frustrate others who prefer learning on their own. For me, the process felt a bit drawn out due to these moments of uncertainty. I think this training would suit individuals who don’t mind getting occasional assistance and can be patient while learning. In contrast, if you prefer a hands-off, entirely self-paced onboarding without needing to rely on others, you might struggle with this setup. That said, I do respect their effort to keep things friendly and approachable, even if the pace isn’t perfect for everyone.
