I tried getting started with this software, but it really took too long to get anywhere. The support was slow in responding, and I felt like I was left waiting without clear answers on how to use the dialer and database features. The onboarding didn't seem well organized, and it took longer than I expected to even sign up and complete payments. I’m not sure if it's because of my setup or the system itself, but the automatic updates didn’t help speed things up either. In the end, if you need fast support and quick results, this might not suit you well.
