Probably better for self-starters than those needing hands-on guidance
I completed the onboarding and training sessions with an okay experience. The materials provided covered most of the basics, but I found some parts of the software less intuitive than expected, especially regarding the database integration and managing remote calling tools like the dialer. While telephonic support was available, I anticipate that I'd need to use it again next time if I encounter more complex issues, because not all information was fully clear on the first go. The automatic updates worked fine and kept the software current, which was helpful. I would say this setup suits people who are comfortable troubleshooting and learning independently, while those who need more direct assistance might feel a bit lost or require recurrent help. If you're okay with figuring parts out yourself, it should work fine, but if you prefer comprehensive hand-holding through every step, this might not be the easiest fit.
