I think the system is solid overall, but I might need to reach out again with future invoices just to ensure I've understood all the applied charges correctly. Still, I’d say it’s a manageable process once you get the hang of it. I would explain to a friend that the billing feels fair but to be ready for a little back-and-forth until you’re comfortable with all the details.
