pretty solid software for remote work but wish updating was quicker

Having tried a few other tools before, I found WFHI’s software pretty solid overall. The interface was more intuitive and the dialer functionality integrated well with my daily calling routine. I liked how the database was organized in a way that didn’t feel cluttered, and the automatic updates happened without interrupting my work. It certainly felt like a step up from some older products I’d wrestled with, which were glitchy or had cumbersome navigation. That said, the update process sometimes felt a bit slow compared to what I expected, especially when new features were rolled out. But apart from that, access was reliable, and the onboarding process helped me get familiar with the main features smoothly. I appreciated the clear invoicing and straightforward sign-up, which made getting started hassle-free. If a friend asked me, I’d say it’s an easy-to-use software suite with just a minor hiccup in update speed, but with enough reliable features to streamline remote work significantly. Overall, I was pleased with the balance between functionality and usability this product delivered.
