Pretty smooth setup but ongoing chats help a lot
Honestly, getting started with WFHI software felt pretty straightforward at first. The initial setup was mostly one-off stuff, setting up the dialer, configuring the database, and getting trained on the workflows. I liked that the automatic updates happen in the background, so I didn’t have to keep checking for new versions manually. But what made the real difference was the ongoing support—I found myself calling them a few times over the weeks when I hit little snags or had questions on workflow tweaks. The telephonic support team has been quite friendly and responsive, which made me feel confident even when I was stuck. Only downside? Sometimes the waiting time on calls was a bit longer than I expected, probably because they handle a lot of inquiries. Still, it’s all pretty minor stuff compared to how smoothly the rest goes. Overall, it feels like the onboarding is just the start; you’re really set up for success when you get prompt help along the way. Would have liked a tad faster response, but that’s a small price for solid communication and setup.
