Pretty smooth, just needs a tweak
Using WFHI’s training and onboarding has been quite a smooth experience for me. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about how well I'd grasp the material over time. However, in my day-to-day activities, the training modules have proven to be practical and user-friendly. The setup was manageable, and things flowed nicely as I got used to the interface. There were moments when I wish there was a little more follow-up after the initial training, just to ensure I’m maximizing the tools available. So while the onboarding was solid, a bit more ongoing support would be great to enhance the usage experience. I feel like I’m more equipped now, and minor tweaks could push it even higher.
