Pretty smooth, but still a tiny search hiccup
When I was just looking around to find the right package and understand their offering, I have to say it was generally pretty easy to navigate through their website and materials, which was a relief because sometimes these platforms can be so confusing. I spent a bit of extra time circling back to check the features list because I wanted to be sure the training and software were what I really needed for my remote workflow. The information was mostly clear, but I did find myself wishing the FAQ was a little more fleshed out or maybe the navigation could be a tad more intuitive to jump between product descriptions and training outlines quickly. Still, the payment and sign-up procedures seemed straightforward and surprisingly hassle-free which made me feel a bit more comfortable about proceeding. So overall, it’s a very positive experience, just with that one small reservation about needing faster access to certain info.
