Pretty seamless but I wish the billing included more details
The billing and payment process at WFHI mostly lived up to my expectations. Signing up went smoothly and I appreciated the clear invoicing that followed, which helped me keep track of everything easily. However, I did notice that the invoices lacked some detailed descriptions about what each charge was for, which would have been useful to understand exactly what I'm paying for at every stage. The automatic updates to the billing system were a nice touch and made the whole experience feel modern and hassle-free. I anticipated a few more payment options during the checkout, which would’ve made the experience even better, but the support team was available to clarify any doubts I had quickly. Overall, the process was efficient and transparent enough for me to feel comfortable continuing with it, though those additional details in invoices would have made it a little more user-centric and aligned with my expectations.
