Pretty much what I thought, with some small surprises
Looking back on my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase phase, I’d say it was mostly aligned with what I expected going in, though there were a few surprises here and there. The sign-up process was easy enough, and the invoicing system seemed detailed and clear, which I appreciated. However, some of the wording around the software’s features on their site and in emails didn’t exactly match how the tools actually felt once I started using them. For example, the calling tools seemed simpler on paper but took more time to master than I anticipated. On the other hand, the database and automatic update features were better than I expected in terms of flexibility and regular fixes. I was a little unsure whether the support would be instantly helpful based on initial info, but when I eventually needed it, calling in was reassuring even if not lightning fast. Overall, I’d tell a friend it was a decent match for what I thought, just with a couple of areas where things felt a bit different than promised, nothing deal-breaking though.
