Pretty helpful support but could trim down on repeats
My interaction with the telephonic support was quite pleasant overall. The support agents were polite and knowledgeable, giving clear instructions that helped me get past some tricky software glitches. The waiting time was reasonable and I wasn’t kept on hold for too long, which I really appreciated. However, I noticed that sometimes I had to repeat my issue multiple times, even to the same person during the call, which felt unnecessary. It could be better if they documented the problem more efficiently to avoid that repetition. Despite that small irritation, the resolution was timely, and the automatic updates seemed to fix a lot of recurring issues without needing extra calls. So, while the support was effective and with a friendly tone, reducing repetitive questioning would enhance the overall experience.
