Pretty happy overall, just one thing was a bit tricky
So I was pretty impressed with how the whole billing and payment stuff unfolded once I signed up. The invoicing came through fine, and I liked that I could see all my payment history in the dashboard without jumping through hoops. But honestly, a bit of the process felt like I had to figure out myself, especially when it came to setting up my payment methods and knowing which options to pick. I think maybe if there were extra instructions or a little video walkthrough, it would save some time and reduce confusion. Still, once I got the hang of it, things ran smoothly. The automatic updates didn’t mess with anything in the billing section, which was nice. Overall, I feel like it’s solid but could do with just a little more hand-holding in that area. Definitely worth it, though, because I didn’t hit any serious snags.
