pretty good software, but i missed some basic features i used before
So I tried this remote workflow software and training recently, and compared it to what I had used earlier, it felt smoother in some ways, like the dialer was easy to operate and the interface was clean. But there were definite gaps - like the database features didn't let me customize the way I wanted, which was kinda annoying. Also, automatic updates sometimes changed things too fast without giving much notice, so I felt a bit lost occasionally. The sign-up and payment process was good though, no hassle at all. Support was helpful but not outstanding, I guess. Overall it works fine and does the job for usual tasks, but I couldn't help noticing some missing utilities I was used to having before. Maybe they are planning to add those soon? I'll keep using it and see how it goes, but yeah, initial feeling thoda incomplete lagta hai.
