Pretty good info, though I still had to figure some things out
When I was evaluating the platform before purchasing, I found that most of the sales and pre-purchase materials were helpful enough, but I definitely had to work out a few details on my own. The online demos and information sheets gave a good overview of features like the calling tools and database management, but they didn’t explain some edge cases, such as how the automatic updates would affect my existing data. I appreciated the sign-up process being fairly clear and not overloaded with unnecessary steps, which made getting started smoother. However, I did notice that certain jargon used in the pre-purchase information wasn’t the easiest to understand without previous experience with similar software. I wish there had been a more thorough onboarding guide included right from the sales phase, especially about the invoicing and payment process. The telephonic support helped answer many of my questions, which was a positive, but I feel like better upfront clarity would have saved some time. Still, in the end, the experience was largely positive — just with the one aspect standing out that I’d have preferred more detailed initial guidance.
