Pre-Purchase Wording and Label Confusion

The sales and pre-purchase phase of WFHI software left me somewhat frustrated due to unclear wording and labels. While exploring options on their website and documentation, I found the terminology inconsistent, making it hard to discern exactly what features were included and how the training would complement the software. The labeling of various plans suggested certain functionalities that weren't distinctly explained, leading to assumptions that turned out incorrect post-purchase. This vagueness extended to the invoicing process; the breakdown of charges was not immediately transparent, which caused issues in budgeting. Additionally, the sign-up flow was somewhat convoluted in terms of interface design, possibly overwhelming users unfamiliar with the product portfolio. Given these hurdles, I struggled initially to set up the database and integrate the calling tools effectively, delaying progress significantly. I also faced challenges understanding the role of automatic updates, as it was not clearly communicated whether these would impact current configurations. Overall, the lack of precise, user-friendly information during the sales phase hampered my ability to make an informed decision and affected my confidence in the system’s usability. Clearer labels and explanations are essential to prevent such confusion for future customers.
