Pre-purchase took some effort but was manageable
Compared to the last software I tried, signing up for this package required more steps and a bit of digging through their FAQ and support pages to clarify what was included in the training and the scope of usage for the calling tools. The sales process was not overly pushy, but it did take me a couple of days of back and forth via email to resolve which database features were part of the base subscription and how automatic updates would roll out. While the information eventually became clear, I found the initial navigation on the sales portal and invoicing options a bit more involved than what I was used to. Still, once I got through that, the onboarding and training materials seemed comprehensive enough to be worth the effort. The dialer and telephonic support also offer useful functionality that is a step up from earlier services I have used, so I expect to get value over time. I think this was a reasonable transition for me, though definitely not the simplest pre-purchase experience I've encountered.
