Pre-purchase took more effort than expected
I wouldn’t say the pre-purchase experience was terrible, but it did take more effort from my side than I expected. I went into the process assuming that the sales team would walk me through everything I needed to know about the software, the training, and the payment steps, but it ended up a little back-and-forth. When I first contacted them, some of the explanations were clear but only after multiple follow-ups. I had to reach out again to clarify how the dialer worked and how the database gets updated automatically. There was also a bit of waiting involved before I got answers, so if I’m being honest, I felt a bit on my own sometimes. Having said that, the representatives were polite and tried to help when they could. Next time, I expect that I’ll probably need to ask for help sooner rather than later once I start using the software fully because some features aren’t straightforward from the get-go. Overall, it was a manageable process, but definitely more involved than I initially anticipated. So, the effort was moderate, neither smooth nor frustrating, just more than I’d hoped.
