Pre-purchase took longer than I thought it would
When I first looked into the software and the training options, I found the descriptions a bit dry and unclear at times. The labels on some features didn’t quite match what I expected, which made the decision process take longer than I originally hoped. The sales page tried to cover everything, but I needed more straightforward explanations because some terms were a bit ambiguous to me. On the positive side, once I got through all the info, the onboarding explanations made more sense and felt better structured. The sign-up and payment process was clear, so at least that part didn’t add to the confusion. I also noticed that the auto-updates promised were actually happening, which was reassuring after the initial hesitation. All in all, the time investment was more than planned mostly because of the wording, not because of software ability. It's a mixed feeling, but now that I am inside, it feels like the system mostly fits what I need.
