Pre-purchase steps were confusing, invoicing was fine
What I appreciated was the invoicing and payment process, which was simple and transparent. I received my invoice promptly and understood the terms without much trouble. Unfortunately, the sequence of steps before that—during the sales and pre-purchase phase—was rather confusing. The order in which I had to provide details, sign up, and choose packages did not flow logically. At one point, I was asked for documents before I even had access to the software interface, which seemed out of sync. Also, some instructions contradicted earlier information I was given, which led to uncertainty about when exactly I could start using the tools. On the plus side, contact via telephonic support helped clear some of the fog, but it did add to the time spent compared to what I expected. Overall, the invoicing made a good impression and worked smoothly, but the initial sales steps needed better design to make more sense and avoid unnecessary delays.
