Pre-purchase steps were clear but one detail slowed me down
When I first explored the WFHI software and related services, I found the sales and pre-purchase process to be quite well-structured overall. The sequence flowed logically from introduction, through detailed product descriptions, and then to signing up and invoicing. The clarity of information about the software capabilities and training options helped me understand what I was committing to, which was reassuring. However, one small reservation I have is about the payment process itself — it felt a bit less transparent than the rest of the steps. While the invoice generation was timely, I had to spend extra time confirming payment confirmation and the subsequent system access was slightly delayed. This made me question the smoothness of the onward onboarding flow since access is critical for starting training and using calling tools effectively. Besides this, the automatic updates were a welcome feature, with minimal disruption and clear explanations about what was changing. Support was responsive when I had telephonic queries, which contributed positively to the overall experience. It just seemed like the invoicing and payment processing could fit better within the chain to avoid any unnecessary delays or doubts on the customer side. Even with that, I felt confident enough moving forward to engage fully with the software and its features.
