Pre-purchase steps lacked logical order, confusing from start

My experience with the sales and pre-purchase process was, frankly, disappointing and frustrating due to the lack of a sensible order in the steps involved. I found that the initial sign-up was fairly straightforward, and the invoicing system worked as expected with clear information provided. However, the subsequent steps to access the software and initiate the training were poorly coordinated. At times, I was asked to complete training modules before actually having access to the necessary calling tools and database features, which felt backwards and inefficient. This sequence forced me to repeatedly wait or revisit certain components, causing unnecessary delays. Communication through telephonic support, meant to clarify these issues, was at times unclear and did not resolve the confusion promptly. On the positive side, the automatic updates did work reliably once the software was finally accessed, but this did not offset the clunky pre-purchase experience. It felt like the process was designed without proper consideration for a seamless flow, which added avoidable complexity and frustration to what should have been a simple onboarding journey.
