Pre-purchase process was a bit of a mix, honest opinion for friends
When I began the pre-purchase steps, I honestly expected a smooth flow where each phase logically led to the next. However, after going through the process, I noticed that some steps felt out of order and caused minor confusion. For instance, signing up and invoicing came before some important database info was clarified, which felt a bit odd. On the bright side, the sales support was responsive and helped clarify things, which made up for the strange sequence. I'd say it’s kinda like ordering food when the starter arrives after the main course. It's manageable, but not exactly seamless like I had expected.
