Pre-purchase process involved more effort than expected
Before choosing to start with WFHI, I had set my expectations based on other software platforms I have used. I anticipated the sales and pre-purchase process would be quite simple: clear descriptions, straightforward sign-up, and easy communication. However, in reality, it demanded more personal effort than I thought it would. The wording in some sections did not match what I was used to, so I needed to re-read and compare options carefully to understand what was included in the software and training packages. This was unlike my past experiences where labels and categories were immediately clear. Despite this, the system itself was not hard to navigate once I figured these terms out, and the signup and payment steps were mostly smooth without hidden complications. The dialer and database features were fully described but required a bit of time to absorb how they might fit into my workflow. Telephonic support availability was explained but I found myself preferring to work things out independently during pre-purchase. Overall, while the effort was higher than expected, I’m glad I took the time since it helped me confirm my decision based on a fuller understanding of what was offered.
