Pre-purchase experience left a frustrating aftertaste
My interaction with WFHI's sales and pre-purchase process was largely disappointing, mostly due to the handling of some missteps along the way. Initially, the sign-up system appeared straightforward, but when I encountered an issue with the payment portal, responses were slow and somewhat unhelpful. The invoicing mechanism was confusing, lacking clear labels which made reconciliation difficult on my end. I admit the software trial was functional, and the dashboard layout was neat, but this little reassurance could not offset the overall experience. The promises made during the sales conversation about smooth onboarding seemed optimistic in retrospect. When I asked for telephonic support to clarify the billing issue, I was met with a queue of delayed responses that only added to my frustration. It felt like the system was not robust enough to handle simple glitches without inconvenience. Putting it bluntly, the whole process felt disorganized and lacked the professionalism expected from a paid service provider. While one part was adequate, many others fell short of even moderate standards.
