Pre-purchase experience felt uncertain and confusing
I found the sales and pre-purchase process quite challenging. Much of the information that I needed was either vague or scattered, which forced me to piece things together myself. There was no clear guidance on how the software would integrate with my existing workflow, so I had to experiment to understand its features. The invoicing and payment processes were mostly straightforward, which I appreciate, yet the initial phase lacked transparency. It often felt like I was being expected to figure out details on my own without sufficient support, which is disappointing for a paid service. Overall, the experience left me feeling that much ought to be improved to make potential customers feel assured and well-informed right from the start.
